Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates (United Kingdom) We offer premium shipping for all our products to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your items:

• Standard Delivery (Accessories & Gear under 30kg): £9.99

• Heavy Goods Freight Delivery (Roof Tents & Large Items over 30kg): £65.00

Note: Due to the size and weight of Roof Top Tents, these are shipped via specialized pallet freight services to ensure maximum protection.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days.

• Freight Delivery (Tents): 3-7 business days depending on your location in the UK.
